My experience with Xin was amazing. She really knows her stuff. It's very clear she has a strong background in anatomy and Chinese medicine. Her walking on my back felt was incredible. I would say it was more like a ballet on my back that tip toed all of the right spots needed for relief. I'm definitely hooked on her skillset, she's an amazing masseuse and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing massage and relief. Be sure to tell her what's wrong with your body, even if you don't she will be able to see just by looking at you. They requested a 1/2 refund for the service they didn't get due to being so uncomfortable and painful after repeatedly asking the massage girls to be more gentle or move to another area of the leg/ foot. They refused to refund . Second red flag the uber driver that picked them up to leave said it's not a reputable establishment that locals know better. We are all here on holiday. I would strongly recommend you skip this place as I just wasted 163.00 dollars. I will be filling with the better business bureau and filing a dispute with the credit card company. Please give your business to a company that deserves it not this one that takes advantage of young women.

My first bad review. Ever…read more Similar to another review, my GPS\Apple maps kept directing me to a furniture store. There is no signage for the spa from the main road. I called 15 min ahead of my arrival. The therapist was quick to respond and proceeded (with attitude) to give me directions. Because of work being done on the building in front of the spa there where multiple areas of the road blocked off. She proceeded to call me back and YELL at me telling me that I didn't listen to her. She was so rude that if I wouldn't have lost my money due to the cancelation policy I would have immediately looked elsewhere. The massage itself was good but I will not return to this place the next time I'm on vacation. Very unprofessional!
