I am fairly new to this barbershop, and while my overall impression of the establishment has been positive, my most recent visit left me with mixed feelings. The shop is always clean and welcoming, and I appreciate how everyone greets you when you enter. The staff is well-groomed, which I feel reflects the professionalism and quality of the services they offer. However, during my last visit, I had an unfortunate experience with one of the barbers (Armani). My child, who had been ill and hadn't had a haircut in about a month, had developed dandruff. While I appreciate a barber sharing their expertise and addressing any issues they notice with a client's hair or scalp, this barber chose to gossip in coded language about my child's scalp with his coworkers and another client/barber. It wasn't until my child walked toward me that I confirmed they were indeed discussing him. I gave the barber two opportunities to approach me directly to address his observations, offer a solution, or suggest treatment, but he never did. Instead, I felt the situation was handled unprofessionally, and it left a sour impression. This experience was disappointing, especially since I wasn't able to book with the barber we usually prefer, Tobieh (apologies if I've misspelled the name). Tobieh has consistently displayed professionalism and genuine care for his clients. He's not just there for the money; he goes the extra mile to ensure his customers feel valued and well cared for. While this experience has made me hesitant to book with that particular barber again, I will continue to visit the shop, but only with Tobieh. If I were to recommend anyone in the shop, it would absolutely be him. read more
