He had his first Dupixent injection on Thursday and unfortunately had a bad reaction, so I had to keep him home to monitor him. The last thing on my mind was his hair appointment. I also just started a new job on Monday and had to call out during my first week because my child came first. I do not appreciate being charged for a service I was unable to make due to a medical situation involving my son. It's basic human decency to understand that emergencies happen. The customer service when I called was awful, and I'm disgusted by the way this was handled. To make matters worse, nothing was said when I booked my appointment over the phone about a cancellation or no show fee. I don't even know how you had my card information, but if you're taking appointments by phone, it should be standard practice to clearly tell customers they're subject to a charge if they have to cancel or miss an appointment. I also checked your website and could not find any policy disclosing this charge. Because this fee was never communicated to me over the phone or on your website, I will be disputing the charge with my bank. My son will always come first. This entire experience was disappointing and completely unacceptable.

I was looking for a new hair-cutting place and tried to reach these guys many times. First of all, they never pick up the phone. I called them like 5 times. I decided to take a chance. Showed up on Sat around lunch, Wed around 4:30, and Fri around 10 am. They were closed all those times. I hope they have not gone out of business. If not, this is bad customer service. Very unreliable. At least pick up the phone, or update the hours, so people don't waste time.
