He tore out the old vanities and hauled it all away (along with some other refuse we had). He did a great job installing the new ones, addressing installation issues we found along the way. I then asked him to install the lighting above the vanities and one toilet. James was the perfect guy to call. He came on time, kept communicating as the projects progressed, and was honest in all aspects of the business. I've used James as a consultant on some other projects we're planning, which he was happy to do even though we may not pursue them. James' fees seemed reasonable, and he kept to the amounts he quoted. I don't think you could go wrong with James. We highly recommend him.

Lots of carpet samples to look at as well as wood, vinyl flooring. They were so helpful and asked questions to what we were looking for, price range, their recommendations for us. After about 45min we left with several carpet sample books to take home and look at. That was a great help and it was easy making my mind up. Called them back the next day and Chris came out and measured our house and talked us into having vinyl put in the entry into our dining room and hallway to the bedrooms and took back our sample books to save us a trip back. Chris called us back with the price the next day. We thought it was a good price and decided no more running the roads searching for something cheaper. Since the Co-vid flare up they were backed up and that we had to wait 3-4 weeks.We we're OK with that. Gave them our deposit and the carpet was ordered. Much to our surprise we were called and informed we could have our carpet installed sooner!! We had to remove breakables and other precious belongings that we didn't want to take a chance and accidentally have broken. Roy and Mark arrived on time the day and start of installation and they were very personable and friendly. This continued the whole time of installation and they worked well together and only took 30 min lunch break. The flooring in the dining room and hallway looked great, so glad Chris talked us into it. The carpet choices I made were perfect and Roy and Mark did an outstanding job installing it. New trim installed as well, it looked fantastic when everything was completed. They put back all our furniture and cleaned up the old and hauled it off. Our driveway was swept and when they left it was as if they never came. Thank you Teena for great communication to us, thank you Chris for great information and suggestions on our choices, and WELL job done Roy and Mark. Don't know why they keep getting such good reviews. We got our new floor installed last year. My…read moreimpression at the time was they didn't have enough people to do the job. In October I noticed the grout chipping and discolored. I called David several times no reply. Finally called Matthew he came out said all the grout needs to be redone. They came left a nice young man with little experience he tooled and did a small spot to test, seemed okay. I will not go thru each day. Let's just say my grout still not right because each day it's an inexperienced person finishing. They had to redo three times and it's still awful. David brought out owner of the tile company, who he has a business relationship with, he didn't say too much other than it's not the grout it was the finisher. So after 7 full days of trying to regrout our tile it's no better than it was. It most likely didn't cure hard enough because the people they left here don't know how to finish. David said he would call after the holiday but what I got was a text that they had to lay off everyone and he would contact me later. Guess what no calls. We will have to hire someone to fix. We are left with chips in several places, several tiles that are not level which David knew about. Now crappie grout. We paid a lot of money for them to install. They have a few people who know what they are doing but I guess we didn't get them. They are rushing because they have to run to another job. I can't recommend them. If you've used them check your grout. I would love to post pictures here but not able. I did post pictures to Google review of some grout. Very disappointing we were so excited to get tile floors.
