I contacted Brendan due to a friend's recommendation almost a year ago (I had a Massage Envy membership, but they shut down in A2 this month). I finally made an appointment for the new client 90 minute special. I felt very comfortable with Brendan, and he explained his process and some massage options that he had. He used hot stones and essential oils (you don't have to use them if you don't want to), and his jade table with warmer was extremely comfortable. I played hockey through college and as a result have tight hamstrings and lower back. Yoga has been a big help, but I started getting treatments from Brendan a few months ago to complement yoga and other fitness efforts. Brendan does a great job with deep tissue massage in these areas and my flexibility in these areas have improved quite a bit.
