Heather has a passion for seeing people live full healthy lives. It is this passion that has fuelled development of Health and Performance and it's approach to quality of service and attention to the person as a whole. Heather is a highly active individual living with type 2 diabetes and from that believes that with the right direction each person can achieve their goals. Heather holds a degree in physiotherapy and is a credentialed diabetes educator.
