Last year, this company took close to $700 out of my bank account within a week. When I called, one of their employees told me I was a liar and then credited the $700 to my account, instead of issuing me a refund. Fast forward to a couple months ago, the company drew almost $200 out of my account for "supplies" and three days later drew almost another $200 out of my account. I called and spoke to someone and got a refund, verbalized that I wanted taken off automatic billing and the man said I was "all set" and off automatic billing. Saturday I just so happened to be checking my email and seen another charge for $240 from the company. I called to see if it was a mistake and to request a refund. Apparently the man who was supposed to take me off reoccurring payments changed the date of withdraw, assuming he thought I wouldn't notice. A manager called and told me I would not be getting refunded for the $240 because it was the cost of supplies I received in May. Secretary is extremely rude and hangs up on people! I called in with questions about my bill and she trys to talk over me raising her. Once, I told her there's no reason to be rude and she hangs up on me! Do not recommend this place​ read more

Horrible company who doesn't care about patient needs. My father was discharged from the hospital and needed a resupply of portable oxygen tanks. Called for a delivery in 1-2 days. Was told they would have to wait 2 weeks. (What?!) I had to drive 45 min away to get the tanks because they were down a driver (not my fault). Then 2 weeks later the deliver never came, no phone call, no nothing. Finally faxed them forms to be filled out to switch companies and they ignored them, twice. Terrible customer service. read more

Horribly incompetant company to work with. GO ELSEWHERE and save yourself a lot of time and grief! First of all they do not answer their phone. I have been waiting over a half and hour. First call was hang up after 20 minutes on hold. Phone was finally answered, not by them but regional office of Lincare. I told them that I had maxed out my out of pocket for year which meant I did not want to start over with paying deductable after first of the year. They put me, without my permission, on a rental program which means $350/month! Just go elsewhere! Trust me. These people do not have their act together. read more
