I love that the owner was not pushing his product he was pushing eduction how to eat, Whole Foods, real food. And supplements when you can't get the food in. I struggle to get enough food in during the day. Excited to see my follow up scans. Stronger and leaner. Scale number doesn't matter. I think I found my new go to store. Also, macro man has meal drop offs on Saturday to this store. I was so busy learning and talking I didn't even take one photo. But I did take a pic of my stuff.

I decided to go back to Aldi's and do my shopping for the week. Don't forget your bags!…read more I shopped here as a young mother with my grandma all the time. This was sorta a nostalgic experience and part of my grieving journey. The service was still friendly and the food was fresh and affordable. The ambiance is giving grocery store lol. The fruits and veggies were fresh. They don't have a lot of name brand items. I guess it's more of Aldi's brands. Salmon filets, cabbage, beef sausage, and oats were some of the items I purchased. I meal prep so I don't have to cook during the week. I think I will start coming back to Aldi's for some of my grocery shopping. Again, do not forget your bags!

I came here two days in a row early in the morning with two different sets of employees. BOTH times everyone took care of me and even though they were super busy stayed calm and were extremely patient and at no point rushed me. It's very clean and they are super organized and definitely work well as a team. I appreciate all the employees of this store and I will continue to come back.
