Without hesitation, she said they would love to come and offer chair massage to each of my employees who wished to receive one. This experience was nothing short of a 5 star rating for our company and all the employees. This company was punctual, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. To give you some perspective I was member for about 5 months and while not very flashy it does get the job done if you're looking for a no-frills sort of place to work out. I'd say the two most attractive aspects of it are the location (right in the heart of downtown and they have parking) and the price (very reasonable for month to month members). Both of these factored in heavily to me deciding to join. Once you're actually in the gym they'll pretty much have everything you're looking for plus a few bonuses. They have your standard assortment of free weights, machines and cardio. In addition, they have a basketball court, spinning room and pool. So it's not that they are lacking anything, it's more like things aren't as great as they seem at first. Once you start looking below the surface is when you start coming up with issues. I'll start with the basketball court/setup. The court and goals are fine. But there is legitimately only one decent basketball worth playing with. If someone has that then you're kind of out of luck and will have to grab some of the tatter crappy ones. The cardio room is loaded with machines but the electronics on so many of them are broken that it's pretty depressing. There are a few TVs but you have to get the employee to change the channel for you which a pain. They also don't let you keep the remote so there is no channel surfing. You better know what you want to watch. There also isn't any audio for the TVs. There are subtitles but if that isn't your thing then I'd suggest downloading the Tunity ap so you can stream the audio in. The bathroom and locker room just aren't 360's strong point. It's rather dated and people are constantly leaving stuff and not cleaning up after themselves. One of my biggest gripes was that, while part of the gym is open 24 hours a day, the other parts were consistently not open when they should have been. To elaborate, you always have access to the main floor weights and cardio. But the second floor and pool are locked and only open when there is an employee present. I seriously lost count of how many times these should have been open but no employee showed up. Again, pluses and minuses. And if was I was still in CDA I would probably still be a member so it gets 3 stars. You'll be able to get in a decent workout. Just know what you're getting into.

I did not know this until my service was completed. The front desk staff were unable to locate my prepaid gift certificate. The two employees at the front desk tried to assist, but one of them was especially unprofessional throughout the process. In addition, the spa was poorly stocked with the basic necessities. Guest had to leave the locker area and ask staff for towels, and other items because they were not readily available. To make matters worse, I ordered a drink and didn't receive it until after my service was completed, making the order pointless and highlighting the lack of attention to customer service. What was most disappointing was despite all of these issues, I never received a follow-up call from the spa manager to discuss my experience or address my concerns. Overall, the experience was disorganized and disappointing. Between the confusion over my gift certificate, the unprofessional staff, the lack of amenities, and poor service, I will not be returning.

I tried showing the cashier the spillage of gel polish on my friends hand as we checked out, she admitted it was below their standards but didn't offer to do anything about it. The lights are so dim it's impossible to check the quality of work on site. The choices of colors was sparse and there was no real organization with colors/numbers of the selections. When we chose a color, after several minutes of both techs searching high and low, we were told sorry that seems to be out of stock. My tech stopped what she was doing to check her phone twice, and really did not know how to give a good service on either mani or pedi. Also, she continuously interrupted my friends & mine personal conversation with her own thoughts or ideas. We tipped because we are decent people but sadly, this was a complete waist of money & time.
