He was friendly and had a nice sense of humor. Sal provided a great overview of the course and very concise information on situations involving adults, children, and infants. Even though there were only four students and the instructor, my experience was more personalized and engaging. Thank you very much! I walked away with a lot of knowledge and hope to attend this course again in the future.
