Prior to the appointment I was told to call the spa once I was in the parking lot so they could inform me when to enter the building - I really appreciate this covid safety measure to keep the waiting room clear so physical distance can be maintained inside! I was greeted by friendly and kind staff members the moment I walked into the door and my appointment started on time. The woman who did my facial took the time to examine my skin before beginning and helped me understand which skin type I have. I felt very taken care of during the facial, and felt very relaxed afterward. My skin felt very calm. Once the facial was complete, she was able to recommend products and provide me with samples to try out before committing to purchase. I really appreciated this because I have acne prone skin and it's awful to commit to buying a product that ends up causing breakouts immediately. Thus far the samples have caused no immediate reactions to my skin, yay!
