After repeatedly telling a Crane representative that I was NOT interested in the services they were offering I showed up to my facility the other day to find the same rep aimlessly wandering around my plant. He hadn't scheduled anything. He hadn't signed in, or even approached anyone. He took it upon himself to just find an open door and invite himself in. Is this company not aware of oh I don't know... the global pandemic the entire world is in the midsts of??? I couldn't believe it. This guy deemed himself more important then the health and safety of my employees! This coming from a SAFETY company nonetheless!!! Just insane! After confronting the individual (I think Ben was his name) he completely disregarded my concerns about him wandering around, and STILL had the nerve to give me an elevator speech on why they're better then the competition which was insulting and laughable because they clearly ARENT!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys. You're company is better off... trust me! They're careless, and take the used car salesman approach to bullying you into a service whether you like it or not. Just don't do it. Seriously! Just stay away from this company.
