Patrick was initially very accommodating on short notice and informed me he would make the pickup 1 hour before the appointment. He never showed. After several calls, he finally said the company that he contracts with didn't have a vehicle available to pick to my mother up. This was 10 minutes before the appointment. He knew this was a stat MRI and then offered to make the trip the following day, which was not feasible. I had to pay the fee up front, $160.00, which was done by him sending me an invoice by e-mail and me paying it by credit card through his online payment system. I asked for an immediate refund and he said he would make same. To date, 4/9/21, and despite numerous e-mails and phone calls, which now go unanswered and unreturned, the refund has not been made. We are in the process of disputing the charge with the credit card company and have filed a BBB complaint.

I was still skeptical of using a service I found on the internet, but I am soooooo glad I set aside my concerns and engaged Flying Angels to help with the move. Maria was so organized and on top of booking the flights, the transportation and liaised with her doctor's office for prescriptions. And her response time was immediate. Even from a different time zone. I was really impressed with her professional handling of our move. The real star was Audrey. We called her Saint Audrey by the end of the trip. She was so calm and she told my mom lots of stories and engaged with and listened to my mom's stories (whether true or not). The trip was so smooth. I was so worried, but Audrey made sure my mom was happy and calm for the entire trip, even with a layover and a second flight from Dallas. Thank you Audrey for an easy trip to my mom's new home! I feel compelled to review them for two reasons: 1. EVERY time we've needed their services they have been prompt, friendly and professional - from the trip with the terrified preschooler in the midst of a very bad asthma attack to the Patriarch falling and getting a nasty gash on his forehead, they're consistency great. 2. This year they sponsored an EMT camp. This was their first time, and honestly the first time I've ever heard of one. This camp was for kids age 10-14, four days, designed to introduce them to EMT/Firefighter/Police careers. NMT has been interested in EMT/Firefighting since he attended a school career fair, so he jumped at the chance to enroll in this camp. Now, anyone who reads my reviews knows NMT generally hates camps. All camps, except one so far, and now two. He loved EMT camp. Came home every single day animated and excited and talking all about what he learned. This from the child who is the king of one word answers. "Fine". "OK". "No". That's his standard response to anything I ask. He is only sad that it's just a 4 day camp. Activities like this EMT camp are what puts them above and beyond the great service they provide, to making a difference in youths' lives. Even if they never enter these professions, they come away with a better understanding and appreciation for these vital roles in our community. Nicely done.

Early to pick you up and always on time for my appointments. The drivers understand you may not be feeling well and always try to make your ride as comfortable as possible. No one can predict traffic, traffic accidents,or other emergency.s but they try their best to avoid them. They are well informed about your trip, and know the way to get you there, they don*t even mind if you know a shorter route lol. they*re always cheerful even though they may have had a long day, and some of you have gotten on their last nerve! Dr is very complete on her examination and questions . I like her so far and when pharmacy had a question and I had to contact her she was very nice about returning pharmacists call on a Sunday! I was very thankful for that . Still was next day until I got the medication but that was pharmacists fault not her's she facilitated it. I'm recommending to people with bad pain or long term life long pain she is a very good doctor to see. She give very good quality care . Only in three days a week , Monday , Tuesday's and Thursday's .
