I came here last night - against my better judgment. I was…read morehaving extremely high blood pressure and a very high heart rate. I was taken seriously when I was triaged - my blood pressure was so high the machines couldn't read it. But I do think many of these nurses are idiots here. First, in the triage. The nurse went to put in the 'line' but put the tourniquet on my arm so tight that the pain was unbearable. She then left it there while she prepared the tubes and the other items. That skews all the results and is phlebotomy 101. I told her that it was too tight and the pain was excruciating. She apologized and removed it. She then put it on much lighter and did the blood draw. Obviously there was no need to put it on that tight the first time. Then when I was in the back a nurse gave me medication with a cup of ice cold water. She then said she was going to take my temperature. I asked, "Will it be accurate? I just drank cold water." "Yes, it's fine." she said dismissively. Then she tried to take my temperature orally twice and couldn't get an accurate reading. Duh!! I just drank ice cold water. Seriously, that was so stupid. She then went to get a head reader for temperature to take a reading. Then they left me lay for a few more hours and then sent me home. They called me in a script and told me to see my PCP. When I got home I looked over my paperwork and realize that the triage nurse just put in a random name for the doctor. I told her the name of the doctor and she must've just typed the first three letters of his last name and hit anything. She sent all my test results to a chiropractor in Harrison, Oh. that I have never met. As a result it's not listed in MyChart and I don't have access to any of the blood test results. I also don't know if anything significant is in them because they didn't tell me. So, now I'm left trying to find all my tests that were ran last night. Then today I get to the pharmacy to find out that they called in my medications. Then a minute later called and sent it in with a different amount of MG to take. The pharmacist had to consult with me out of caution because they didn't cancel the other medication - they just added the same one with a different amount to be taken. So dangerous!! Again, stupid. I can only conclude that the nurses who I dealt with last night are incompetent and an actual danger to patients. I wouldn't refer an enemy to this mess of a hospital.

All this before any treatment or pain meds. Then the nurse comes in next to let me know I can get a boot or crutches but the will cost "extra ". Don't waste your time or money coming here.
