Morgan Hastings was anything but professional! She was not friendly at all! She definitely has a problem with people of color! I was late but the office manager got smart with me and after driving 60 mile, I was not in the mood! She also had the audacity to call my insurer and proceeded to lie that I didn't show up to the appointment! I would NEVER refer her to anyone!! read more

I have had back pain most of my life and thought I would just always have to deal with it. I finally made and appointment and I haven't felt this good after one visit than I have in at least a year if not longer. I can't wait to see the warm welcoming staff again. Dr Melissa was so inviting, understanding and helpful! This was an amazing visit! Highly recommend to anyone who's considering visiting a chiropractor, especially if it's your first time and unsure. I would like to give HealthSource a higher rating, but I need to be honest. What I liked: -I liked the adjustment I received and how I felt afterwards. It was my first chiropractic visit ever. -Dr. Loidolt was friendly, and explained what she was doing. -The front desk staff were very friendly. -I like that this chiropractor combines traditional chiropractic along with therapy/exercise to help strengthen, so that the problems and issues you're facing do not reoccur. More chiropractors should do this and not simply focus on adjustments. -The office and treatment rooms are nicely set up to provide a variety of services. What I didn't like: -They were big on trying to sell me a plan. It felt too much like buying a car, where they start with a high price and then work their way down. Purchasing healthcare should not be like this. It should be more about care and less about "selling." That left a really bad taste in my mouth. -When I was shown my particular care plan on an ipad, it became clear that it was someone else's "plan," because of some of the material in the sales pitch. If you're going to try to sell me, please personalize it particularly to the person you're pitching. Don't use a pre-existing plan for someone else. It doesn't make you feel valued as a patient. -Do less selling of your other products - vitamins, essential oils, etc. Having said all this, I would certainly return to HealthSource, but it would be on a need-to-use basis. read more

The care provided at Healthsource is phenomenal. They have a dedicated chiropractor, massage therapist, and rehabilitation specialist to help get you back on track! They guide you through your personal care plan and walk you through every step of the way. Adjustments are quick and they help you with exercises and stretches to keep you limber. I've been receiving chiropractic care for about 10 years from another care facility and wasn't happy with the results I had been getting. I went to consult with Dr. Melissa and told her what I was looking for and that was a different approach. Nothing I had done had worked in the past. She was open to this and told me what she thought I needed. So for the past 5 weeks we have been working on these things and I've felt better than I have in the last 10 years. What I like the most is they listen to you and what is going on with your body and perform their care from there. You're not just another person getting the same adjustment as the past 100 people that went through the clinic and then they also offer other forms of care too. You can get the rehab you need right there and I'm also doing the acupuncture. Overall the people are great and so is the care! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would this health source is the biggest waste of time and especially money. It's a total scam and once you go somewhere else you will see as well. I was there for almost 2 yrs before they even did an X-ray to find out that there was a issue with my discs and the curve in my neck. They should have stay back on track ( there old name before putting money first) and put honesty first instead of acting like they do with a chant they do after there meetings about putting people first the do not!!! Just come in, come in a lot, give them your money and do not expect any good results! read more
