Needed the duct from the dryer to be cleaned as the new machines are smart enough to turn themselves off when there's a problem! I dealt with both brothers and they couldn't have been any nicer. Managed to squeeze us in the next day. He was on time and got right to work. Seeing how much he got out of there was kinda scary! I wish I could leave these gents a good review, but I cannot. In September, I made an appointment for damper installation to take place on 11/30. 11/30 rolled around and no one showed. I took the initiative to reach out to them- rather than the other way around- and was assured via text that Daniel would reach out to me shortly (Alex was unable to keep his appointment and neglected to inform his clients). After 6 hours of no Daniel, I reached out again. For the next 4 days I called three times a day, left courteous but concise voicemails, and never heard a peep from a soul. This company does NOT care about work ethic, their clients, maintaining a professional reputation, or basic common courtesy. This is no way to run a business or treat others. P.S. The only reason I was so patient and continued to contact them was because 4 years ago they cleaned our chimney and we had no bumps in the road at the time. But, they've definitely, permanently lost our business after this fiasco. read more

I saw their add on Groupon and called them directly for some information since I have two homes in Colorado. We got everything scheduled for my parents home in the mountains (of which they said they service that area) and for my home in Highlands Ranch. Come the day that they were to arrive at my parents home, no show, no call. I thought I was glad I had not paid them in advance though Groupon, so I thought they were a fly by night company. Ahhh...but the next day, when my home was scheduled, they called to show up. Hummm...I told them no until I had a chance to speak to a manager about them not showing up the day before at my parents home. This man assured me that they would show up the day after my service at my parents home and then offered me 1/2 price for my home. I allowed them to do my home and confirmed ONE MORE TIME that they would be at my parents home the next day. They said yes. Guess what? No show, no call, and when I reached the manager (of which he answers the phone from his home since I could hear his baby in the background) he said he would find out and call me back. NOTHING! I called from several different numbers to try to reach one of them, and only voice mail...and not a call back yet. So...if you use them, DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE! SUCH A FRAUD and DISAPPOINTMENT, DON'T DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!!.... I scheduled an appointment for Saturday, March 5, 2016. I was told that a representative would be at my house between 7:30 am - 10:30 am. I contacted them on Friday, March 4th at 9:30 am. Left a voice message on their phone, which no one every answer directly when you call. I asked them to confirm my appointment for the next day and I did not hear back from them. I called back around 10:30 am the next morning after they failed to contact me or show up for the scheduled appointment and left another voice message. Still no one contacted me. I immediately called from an "anonymous" phone number inquiring about "new service" at another resident just to see if the company would make an attempt to call me back. On Wednesday, March 9th (4 days later), I received a call on the "anonymous" phone from an employee with the company who stated he was returning my call about signing up for "new service". After I identified who I was and told him that I didn't appreciate a "no call, no show" on March 5th, he lied and said he "thought" my service order for an inspection was filled and he would rescheduled my appointment. I also stated that I called them 2 days in a row and left a voice message and I never received a call back until I called from an anonymous phone (which he just contact me on) disguising myself as a "new customer of interest". The employee could not explain to me why they totally disregarded my calls and disrespected me as a "potential customer" by not showing up, then refused to call me back on "MY CELL PHONE" to either cancel or reschedule my appointment. This was the most unthoughtful, unprofessional and unorthodox thing I have ever experienced with a business. I will NEVER attempt do business with them again. Customers BEWARE of the special they are offering on Groupon and LivingSocial. I will report their unprofessionalism and inconsiderate behavior on every social media website and every Web domain! NOTE: If the employee called me on a fake phone because I left a voice message with them, surely they receive my "messages" about the scheduled appointment. This "company" is completely useless. My wife bought a duct cleaning from them on Living Social. We scheduled it for today 4/3/15 and they said they'd be here between 8AM and 10AM. I rearranged my schedule to make sure I was home when they showed up and for the duration of the service. It's now 1:43PM not only have they not shown up...I haven't gotten a phone call, an e-mail, a text, a smoke signal, a morse code message. Nothing. I've e-mailed and my wife and I have both called and left messages. No response. If you're thinking of using this company, don't. I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau if they don't make things right. read more

I bought a whole house duct cleaning deal on Living Social, which made no mention of the fact that the service I bought was only for those who've had their ducts cleaned in the last two years. After the worker showed up an hour late, he informed me that the service I need costs more and offered to give me a quote. Typical "bait and switch" ploy to get into people's homes and upsell them. Wow. Stay away from this place. I also bought a voucher on Living Social back in October. I scheduled it for two weeks out, took off work in order to be there...only to have them not show or call during the whole time slot (4 hours). I put off rescheduling for a month, figuring they're slammed. Called a couple weeks ago and scheduled for this weekend, again with a four-hour time slot for them to show. Again, no call, no show. Finally, I called the main line and told them I was stood up again. Shortly after, the technician called, saying he was really slammed. He asked if he could come by the next day (today), first thing. I said okay, even though I was really frustrated. This morning, he called, said a customer canceled and they were on their way to my house right then. I explained that I had to leave at a certain time and would they be able to get here and do the job before that time? He said yes. Bet you'll never guess what happened...fifteen minutes before the time I needed to leave, they were still not here. I called to see what was going on. He said, "We're on our way." I pointed out that I was leaving in fifteen minutes, to which he said, "That's the time we're planning to get there..." I told him not to bother because this is the third time they have dropped the ball. And then he started YELLING at me. Yelling. Seriously. What kind of business is this? So unprofessional. read more

Can you give zero stars? I saw the Living Social offer and called them with some questions. They answered my questions, and said no need to buy the Living Social, they would just give me that price. I agreed, and scheduled the appointment for today, Thursday, when I knew I could be home. First mistake was not checking for reviews. I had the same experience as the other reviewers. They called my cell at 10:30 on TUESDAY to say they were on their way. I was at work, and informed them that my appointment was for Thursday. They said okay, same time on Thursday. Today I waited and waited and no call or people. That's when I went on Yelp this afternoon and read the reviews, and immediately called them and cancelled. Fortunately, I had not paid anything. I found this company on Living Social and booked an air vent with dryer vent cleaning for $49. Two guys showed up with nothing official to identify them ie. personal truck with equiptment tied on back, no uniform, no identification except a business card, etc. and against my better judgement I allowed them into my home after they identified themselves as service technicians for Healthy Home Services (my appointment was scheduled for the time of their arrival) and were here to perform the services I had paid for through Living Social. They performed an inspection and afterwards came to me with an additional $475 for suggested service that needed to be performed since they say the furnace was rusty, extremely dirty and growing mildew along with extra charges to include all the extra returns, vents, and mains. I agreed for them to perform some extra services since I was concerned about the said condition of my unit and health purposes on the condition that my postdated check be held for two days. The lead tech kindly agreed. I found that the next morning the check had been deposited (they must have run to the bank after recieving it) and then caused an overdraft to my account. I called immediately and the person told me they had placed the check in a safe place in the office where it should not have been put with the daily deposits. He then told me he would call the office, take care of it and call me back. I waited for a couple of hours and called him. My call went to voicemail and I left a message to return my call. I called several times throughout the day and each and every time I called it would not ring but went straight to voicemail. Needless to say, I have not heard back and none of my calls have been answered. I found out this company has no business license to do work in my area. It is family owned out of Millington Tennessee.
