The photos online seem fine and clean, however, this place was reported to be with dirt on the walls and unkempt carpets on the floor. I booked this appointment over the phone and paid at that time as well. Not even halfway into the hour-long massage, my girlfriend left. The masseuse that worked with her was/is not even listed on their website. When she was leaving they questioned if she had paid. Needless to say, I am seeking a response from management.

I called on a Thursday evening and they were able to get my in on that Saturday. The staff was kind, polite and helpful. My massage therapist was very attentive when I asked for deeper pressure. The massage was excellent and left me feeling relaxed and relieved the back pain I was feeling. I am back in town visiting family and had such a great experience the first time I decided to go back for a 90 minute appointment. It was wonderful and I plan to come back for a massage whenever I am in town.

After multiple times of trying to obtain a refund so I would be able to enjoy a spa day with massage, etc. I was told a refund would be sent via my credit card. No refund was received. I was notified by the credit card vendor that refunds are only given within 6 months of purchase. I had waited longer than 6 months due to the owner telling me over and over that she would be reopening the spa. I am now going through small claims court to recoup the $400.00.
