When I explained I only needed one box, they said that it couldn't be sent back now, and that insurance was paying for it anyway so I shouldn't complain. The medication itself expired before I could use it all. I find this especially repulsive as there have been shortages for some medications during COVID and someone else might have needed it. - I've since moved to another pharmacy and haven't experienced any of these problems, while still ordering the same medications and visiting the same doctor's office.
