He could not get a refund because it was outside of their initial refund policy, even though the item was never in his hands. I wish we would have checked the reviews for him beforehand. If I could just rate them, I would give them 5 stars. If you need an audiologist, this would be the place to go. The speech services were not helpful. The speech therapist was not experienced in international adoption and did not understand my daughter's history. It took almost 3 months to get my report back (after I called several, several times). I felt like I wasted my money. You're better off elsewhere for speech services. If you have a deductible plan, they expect you to pay up front (not a problem). But if your insurance pays more and you are entitled to a refund, good luck getting it! It has been a month and I'm still waiting on my refund. I get the same excuse every time I call to check on my refund, "It will be mailed on this day or that day".
