The front office Manager is horrible to deal with also. She will not help you out for anything. There are plenty of great Dr's in town, I would look elsewhere.

From my first pre-surgical scheduling event with the competent caring and delightful front office staff, it has been the most successful recovery and outcome from any past Surgical experiences. Waking up from anesthesia, Dr Ben was there to help get me oriented and stable. The following day , when I started physical therapy, under the care of the competent therapeutic assistants and the supervisory team of Dr Ben, Randy Payne and Susan my recovery has been astonishing. While there is elements of discomfort on the road to recovery every single week, I have progressed exponentially in regaining my range of motion and strengthening of my body. The assistants are encouraging, attentive and never cut corners. The same can be said for the supervisory staff who are always vigilant and know what I can do better than what I think I can. It became necessary in my 40s and while he was pretty up front about how difficult it could be, all went as well as could be expected. It was much harder on him than me. I was comfortably asleep in the chair. His staff was super efficient and friendly and he is kind and confident. He followed up by calling me the night of surgery and asked that I text and update him on my numbness the next day. I appreciated the great communication and care. We are lucky to have such a good oral surgeon caring for Cedar City patients. They got me in the day after my referral was written and the tooth was pulled within a week!

The nurse or someone then takes your vitals and asks any questions the doctor or MP may have and then you go back out to the waiting room. We were called about 30 minutes after arrival to go back to a room where they could look at you. Doctor came in and checked out my husband and son (separate occasions) and gave their medical advice and we were on our way. Super easy, doctors and MP seem really knowledgeable and helpful. Also, really appreciate the cleanliness of this hospital. I didn't see one speck of trash anywhere. Hopefully I don't have to come back, but I would choose this hospital over and over again!

But checked throughly to make sure it wasn't an immediate emergency. They updated us frequently. When we finally went back every single person was so kind and professional. Couldn't ask for more. Long wait but the staff and care was most important. Very impressed with a small town hospital.
