Dave's hearing is not normal. He has needed hearing aids in my opinion for several years. We met with Chassity to order the hearing aids and await their arrival. Customer service is excellent here. Chassity called and we made an appointment for hearing aid fitting when Dave's hearing aids arrived. Oticon hearing aids are what he ordered. She spent a good amount of time going through the instructions for wearing hearing aids. She patiently explained hearing aid do's and dont's. Dave made a follow up appointment for any adjustments he might need. He has 60 days to test the hearing aids out. If you need hearing aids, please stop by and meet with the personnel at Physician's Hearing Center. They work hard to ensure you can hear well. 5/5

The parking lot only has a few spaces, so I'm not sure what they do if it's full. In addition to various IV therapy packages they have, they also offer rapid COVID testing for $70. I opted for the myers drop, which is a bunch of vitamins in 1L saline bag. I also got the B12 shot to add. They take you in the back to get the IV set up. Then you go into the area with the recliners. They have music playing and offer you a drink. I opted for water. From start to finish it was less than an hour and I felt less tired almost immediately. The nurse mentioned that usually the following day is when you feel the best. For people who come often, they offer a monthly membership package. You pay a fee based on the number of months and that fee covers one Iv therapy a month. Any extras you want to include add ons are 20% off.

My old aids were not helping much and I hoped that technology had improved the latest models. There they tested my hearing and recommended a Starkey Genesis AI 12. They set up a pair to address my hearing loss and I tried them out in the office. They seemed to be an improvement over my old aids and I was thrilled. I said that I would like to buy them though their price was approximately $3700.00 dollars. When we were finishing up the technician said he needed to keep my old aids and I asked why. He replied that they donate them to people who need hearing aids but can't afford them. I complied and gave him my old aids. As I made payment I was asked to sign a full page "explanation and receipt". I foolishly signed it without fully reading it. I wore the aids continuously for 16 days and found that they were no more help to me than my previous ones. I called them and made an appointment and took the new aids back. There I was told that they do not accept returns at all and that I should look at the receipt that I had signed. I suggest that anyone reading this shop elsewhere.

Poor Customer Service. Purchased a Starkey sound box for the TV from them. I was told that they…read moredidn't sell many but their customers liked them. I was told to just follow the instructions in the box as they had little hands on experience with setting one up. I attempted to set it up but the written instructions were not very detailed. I was able to get the Starkey tech support phone number from them. The office was then closed for 2.5 weeks over the holidays. I contacted Starkey but was only able to get so far because the provider needed to also do a few things. The Center for Heating neglected to tell me this. Also, I left two messages for the Center. Never returned over the holidays and as of 10 January still not returned. I would never use this office again. I have found another provider of Starkey products and received more service from them in 45 minutes then ever from the Center concerning the Starkey TV box.

I had two visits this week to Gleneagles Family Medicine. I tested positive for Covid and was given…read moreprescription cough medication. After a few days, I feel like I am getting a sinus infection so I returned before the weekend. This medical office does a great job of working patients in. It is so popular that they are not taking new patients. It's been that way for at least 15 years it seems to me. Upon arrival with Dave, who probably has Covid because he is sick, we are immediately removed to a room away from the general population. I didn't mind. I don't have to sit in misery while I worry I might cough or sneeze with my mask on. Nobody wants to be near anyone who looks and feels sick. Doctor Brittany was out. Doctor Chrissy, more than capable of filling in for Doctor Brittany, checked us out. I have a secondary infection, sinus, developing. She checked me out and sent an e-prescription to Walgreens. Dave is positive for Covid. Doctor Chrissy sent cough medicine for him. Thankfully he wasn't as sick with Covid as I was. We have been patients at Gleneagles Family Medicine for years. I have been battling sinus issues for a month now. I get a sinus infection every fall and spring. I…read morehave been seeing the "doctors" at Gleneagles Family Medicine for probably half my life (I'm 32 now). They KNOW I have a history of this. They have refused to treat me and only want to test me for covid, which they had already done about a month ago. The test was negative. The doctor brushed off how I was feeling and said it was probably viral and gave me a prescription for antibiotics but told me not to fill them for a few days because he said I would start feeling better. I filled them immediately and took them as instructed. It's been a month and I am still having the same sinus related issues. They only wanted to test for covid again. I can't even count how many times I have been tested anymore and every single one of them has come back negative. Well I called and demanded treatment this morning. All I asked for was to be actually seen by a doctor or nurse practitioner and be given a steroid shot, antibiotics, and cough suppressant. After multiple phone calls to and from the nurse, not only was I NOT seen by a "doctor" or "nurse practitioner" I was literally given a steroid shot OUTSIDE in the alley. A nurse who did not identify herself came outside with a syringe, alcohol wipe and a band-aid. She said I could either bend over my front seat or step out of my vehicle to receive the shot. I have a very small car. I had to get out of my car and pull my butt out for anyone to see. After receiving the shot I had to ask for an antibiotic prescription again which was called into my pharmacy begrudgingly. I never received any prescription for my cough. This ally way that I just received my shot in is also where they do all of their drive by covid testing. So if I haven't had it before I probably do now....
