Dave's hearing is not normal. He has needed hearing aids in my opinion for several years. We met with Chassity to order the hearing aids and await their arrival. Customer service is excellent here. Chassity called and we made an appointment for hearing aid fitting when Dave's hearing aids arrived. Oticon hearing aids are what he ordered. She spent a good amount of time going through the instructions for wearing hearing aids. She patiently explained hearing aid do's and dont's. Dave made a follow up appointment for any adjustments he might need. He has 60 days to test the hearing aids out. If you need hearing aids, please stop by and meet with the personnel at Physician's Hearing Center. They work hard to ensure you can hear well. 5/5

It had to wait over 3 months to get an appointment at Valley ENT. I went in on the day of my…read moreappointment and was told that my appointment had been canceled and I would need to reschedule. I had to miss 2 1/2 hours of work for the appointment. The snooty girl receptionist told me they tried calling me three weeks before my appointment to cancel. That was a bald faced lie because I keep my call history and my voicemail record. I checked and there were no calls from them. Then she tried to schedule me with the PA and I refused. Now I have to wait another month for an appointment. The girl receptionist was totally unconcerned about the pain I'm experiencing and she treated me as though it was my fault. If the doctor is as sorry as the front desk then I don't like my chances of getting proper care. I'll be looking elsewhere for a more professional ENT.
