It has been going on since the end of March, I haven't been able to get physical therapy not due to me but the ladies constantly changing my schedule inconveniencing me and then when I show up unfortunately it's they change the time or it's not the therapy I requested. It's 10 million different excuses that they give you. Be prepared to be treated like absolute crap! You WILL NOT get better at all! How are someone supposed to get better when I haven't seen my physical therapist and going on 3 weeks it's absolutely pathetic! This place needs to get investigated. Just because we're a small community and we're really not that small doesn't mean that this type of piss poor customer service is the standard treatment it absolutely should not be. It's a shame because they have really good physical therapist there, but the communication is horrendous the treatment by the ladies at the front horrendous. After what I experience today YET AGAIN being told I was scheduled at a certain time to do a certain therapy and then MAGICALLY IT CHANGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I'm done coming to this place! I haven't seen my physical therapist since the end of March, how am I supposed to get better with this kind of treatment? How would anyone get better with this kind of dismissive treatment when you're at your must vulnerable. Avoid this place at all cost.

I absolutely do not recommend Dr Wilkerson or any of her staff as your medical professional team…read more In the last 2 years every time that I have gone in for a prescription renewal appointment which is every 6 months I have requested that they renew all of my prescriptions but they only call in my physical health prescriptions and never call in my mental health prescription. So I end up having to call again to tell them that they didn't send in one of my prescriptions then wait days or even weeks for it to be called in, at which point I then have to take two trips to the pharmacy every single month instead of only once, or go without my other medications for a week while I wait for them to call in my last script because they can't just refill my prescriptions all at the same time. The concept of having all of your prescriptions renewed for your 6-month prescription renewal appointment shouldn't be a hard one to comprehend. But it sure is a hard one for them. It is not my responsibility to micromanage My health Care team. This is what I have to do every 6 months for the last 2 years. The whole process exacerbates my mental health symptoms more than anything I've ever had exacerbate my symptoms in my entire life. And whenever I ask if there's anything we can do to resolve the problem they have absolutely no desire to solve it. Not even to just simply put a note in my file to hold my other prescriptions being called in until the one prescription that we always have issues with is called in at the same time. They won't even add a note in my file. Also Dr Wilkerson performed a procedure to remove some sort of cyst or lump on my forehead, which left a scar, and told me that it was successful, but after my procedure the lump was still there and it has only gotten bigger since I had the procedure. Also, I've been complaining about hearing loss in my ear for two years now, and each time she looks, says it's allergies, and moves on. I highly recommend that you go anywhere else possible because these practitioners are lazy and incompetent.
