Came back for our follow up and saw Dr. Long. We waited over an hour after our appointment time in…read morethe lobby, only to wait another 30 minutes in the exam room before anyone came in. By then, my poor daughter had been waiting to use the restroom, so she had just left when Dr. Long finally came in. I said, "Oh, my goodness. She just ran to the restroom! She tried waiting." He rolled his eyes at me, grunted, and said, "I'll be back..." Not another word. No "Hi, I'm Dr. Long," or "Gee, I'm sorry you wasted two hours out of your day because I'm overbooked," or, "You know what, I'll wait for her, since you waited SO LONG for me!!" Nothing. Just a grunt. Talk about rude. The actual exam that followed did not improve. I'm not sure if he tries to be funny and misses the mark, but he just came off as rude and uncaring. He basically said that there is nothing wrong with her, and to wait for yet another ear infection. Well, if I had seen you FIRST, rather than your NP, maybe you would have seen how bad her chronic ear infections get! This is exactly the concern I addresses when I tried to make the appointment. He just shrugged and told us there was nothing he could do for us. Well, because I do not intend to wake up at 2am to another crying daughter from excruciating pain, only to waste another god knows how long waiting to be treated so rudely by this guy, I will spend even more money to go see someone else. Someone who has more respect for the time and care of their patience. Avoid!

Very frequently they fail to help refill my regular maintenance medication. Only after many attempts to reach them can they get it straight. "Sorry, new computer system" was the best excuse I received. Most recently, they totally ignored my many attempts to reach the doctor, and after the office promised to call-in the prescription...? They lied. Still nothing has been done. When I had questionable lab results, I could not reach the office for almost a week. Imagine the stress on Dr. Beaver's patients. This place must be a management nightmare. And once your in the office? The wait times here are the worst I have ever seen. I am thankful for good insurance, and I don't have to settle for Dr. Beaver's treatment. I have an appointment for a new doctor now. Life is just too busy to deal with the added stress of a poorly-managed physician's office.
