My first appointment was canceled at 7:15pm, my appointment time, as I sat in the parking lot of the facility. Last night I entered the building at exactly 8:15pm. When scheduling the appointment I was told to be there at 8:15pm, absolutely no later than 8:30pm. When I was let into the building it was up to me to my way around the building. I arrived at the door, rang the doorbell, which doesnt work, but fortunately the tech was in the hallway and let me in. I introduced myself as she walked 5 feet ahead of me, introducing herself. I never did get her name. She told me to 'get comfortable', brought me redundant paperwork to fill out, and said she would be setting up another patient and then would be with me. I asked her where the tv remote was and she said she'd try to find one for me, and left. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. I went out into the hallway to see how much longer it would be, only to find her just starting with the other person. I returned to my room, changed out of my pj's, packed my overnight bag, and left. It is beyond my comprehension how this facility remains open with such unprofessional behavior. I am now searching for a different facility.

The place was so clean and friendly and very welcoming. I can tell you now that I would give them more stars if I could. They knew their stuff and were very knowledgeable, and I was in and out in a timely manner. Even though their were 2 people ahead, they ran through so smoothly and instructed me how the wheel chair works I am very impressed and glad we were able to get this chair because my wife really needed it. I got there at 1215, and I was out by 1250. They said Saturdays are not usually that busy, but I joked, and told them we are coming in like swarms to make sure they are not in a food coma from Thanksgiving, and both of them, plus the two guests laughed. I guess I'm pretty funny. Maybe being a "sit-down" comedian is a possible route in my near future. Thanks, Jackson Medical, for everything. I'd give you more than 5 stars if I could. I tried cheaper hearing aids from a bog box store and all it did was amplify all the sounds around me. I could hear everything, but had difficulty understanding anything. After months of frustration, I went to the store in Burnsville. Absolutely no pressure to buy, but they offered me to try the device for one week. While my hearing will never be what it was, I no longer feel isolated and confused because I finally can tolerate pthe noises of life and more importantly understand regular conversation and television again. Kim is absolutely great.

Went to office, receptionist gave me the non-charged returned hearing aid and told me to finish charging it at home and follow the instructions "on the website." Still not working. Called for an appt. Message left on my voicemail this office does not have equipment to do this pairing. Called for itemized statement for work paid for but not completed. got another voicemail from "home office" that this office does in fact have equipment and make another appointment. $300+ and still not working NO WAY!! The results of my two facial surgeries are very good, and the scars are negligible, which is important for a facial surgery. I could hear the interaction between Dr. Tolan and his surgical staff during my second surgery. They were professional but light-hearted, and demonstrated an interactive team approach to the entire surgery process. I was also informed of costs upfront, and details of the billing. That was refreshing. The clinic is well run, appointments usually run on time, and Dr. Tolan spends the requisite amount of time with each patient. I never felt rushed, and was treated courteously by staff and nursing. Seeing Dr. Tolan did restore my faith in the medical profession. I have not had such a positive experience at other clinics and during other surgeries. I am also a health care lawyer so I tend to be a bit critical. I highly recommend Dr. Tolan and his team.
