She was more interested in taking care of the eye lash isle than helping a customer with rewards and coupons. To say confrontational, would be a light comment. But when I didn't get my paper receipt and she had to go behind the counter, her attitude was confrontational, she continued to help the next customer while she now was behind the counter not making the next customer go to self checkout. If she is the manager, she is a poor excuse for a manager. I have never been treated so poorly. CVS, you need to look at these reviews because they are real at this store, you have a problem.

Now they did hold my filled prescription last time and this autofill program was requested by the pharmacist so not a change that I thought of and before okaying it I spoke my reservations but was assured that I could just call and they would hold it not return it to the shelf. Today I called to have them hold it but I spoke with a person named Melissa and she was so RUDE that I am now going to look for a new pharmacy in Okeechobee. The whole conversation was TERRIBLE. I think I'll even switch grocery stores as well because if this behavior of talking back to customers where the customer feels disrespected and unheard then I don't want Walmart to have any of ny hard earned money. If I could've given 0 stars that's what I would've given.

The medication did not need to be counted, it was in sealed bottle with 90 day supply. This is happening more and more at CVS in Jensen They need extra Staff. It's so nice to have this option and be able to jet over there. It has a well-lit, large parking lot, and the store inside is clean and well-kept. Ended up purchasing children's ibuprofen from the CVS brand with a buy 1 get 1 50% deal, plus some fever cooling head compresses that stick on. Ok, and my son's choice of ice cream bars. Could not find jello, which truthfully was not that suprising!
