Bad customer service from employees. Very rude and disturbing behavior! Their service definitely needs improvement or new staff

I live outside of Greenville, off Hwy D going towards Wappapello. Decent pizza is difficult to find…read morehere, that's a fact. The only offerings are a gas station here in Greenville and another up at Hwy 34 that offers Hunt Bros. which is "OK" depending on who made it that day. Usually over baked a bit in my multiple experiences. So I decided to try Casey's over in Piedmont about 25 miles away. No, I don't drive 50 miles just to get a pizza for the most part, but if I really had a craving for one this would be where I went locally (or semi-locally if you think that way!) They offer online and call-in ordering as well as walk-in, usually 25 minutes for your order to be done and ready for pickup. I usually buy their mild sausage pizza when the wife is off visiting the kids and I'm "batching" it for a meal or three while she's gone. Recently I convinced her to give it a try and ordered a bacon and beef one and surprise surprise she now likes gas station pizza as well. The crust is obviously hand-tossed (or rolled, I didn't peek) as its not perfectly round like many pizza joints offerings. The sauce is not overpowering the other ingredients,a complaint that I've voiced on a couple majors in the pizza biz. I love the mozzarella they use, nice and stringy as it should be. Toppings are fresh and abundant. Next up is their chicken bacon ranch and their buffalo chicken. You can peruse their menu online, this isn't your usual gas station pizza place, for sure.

Last night's take out order was a complete opposite of our previous visit. Imagine my…read moredisappointment when I was looking forward to an order of wings only to find out that they don't sell them any longer. (I could not find an updated menu online and so had to resort to a spur of the moment alternative as I blundered and stammered my way through an order on the phone.). We were told 20 minutes. We arrived well within that parameter and still had to wait another 25 minutes before our food was ready. While waiting, I think my husband managed to memorize the entire inventory of the variety of alcohol displayed on the shelves. Apparently in the cooking process the cook hadn't timed the cooking of the hamburgers with the cooking of the shoestring potatoes resulting in cold burgers as well as cold fries. As my husband observed, the wait staff consisted of one cook and one person at the counter. We weren't the only folks waiting on an order, as people outside were waiting on a pizza that flopped miserably in the oven and was a do-over. We decided that Lenny's fell way short of the mark on this meal. I was looking forward to the Lenny's of yore. Where did it go? Will the real Lenny's please stand up?!

Lenny's was not only close and convenient, but gosh, the selection of munchies, hot sandwiches, and liquor is unmatched as far as my experience in the Ozarks goes. Highly recommended, whether you're looking for a cool drink on a hot day, or somewhere out of the rain to shelter your crying, waterlogged children after a long float, Lenny's is the place to go.

Extremely clean place. Everything was organized properly and the bathrooms were very clean. I would…read moregive the store a 5/5 by itself. On the other hand I would give the "restaurant" and staff a 0/5. My boyfriend and I walked up to the pizza counter to order food and they stared at us, and simply ignored us. We waited at the counter and a couple minutes later somebody attempted taking our order. We told them we wanted the hunk a slice combo. Comes with a 1/4 slice of pizza with chips and a drink. (It was on a flyer on the window separating us and the person we were ordering from) She gave us a dirty look and I assumed she didn't hear me so I spoke up and told her again. She proceeded to tell me with attitude, "I have absolutely no clue what you're talking about". Another girl came over and said you have to get your pizza over by the register. We walk over there and hand her the magnet we wanted to buy and tried telling her what we wanted but she was on Snapchat on her phone. At first I thought this girl would be better than the first person we talked to but she was worse. We told her what we wanted and she just ignored us and took about five to seven minutes to put our pizza in a box and ring up our order. She wasn't wearing any gloves and as we went to get our soft drinks there was a women eating straight out of the hot food with no gloves while talking to a customer. I've had hunts brothers pizza before and got it for around 3-4 dollars per slice. It was $6.49 at this shop. If it was as good as I've had it before at different places I would've paid that price. This pizza was disgusting. It was stale and seemed like it sat in the heater overnight. Complete rip off and the whole place is an absolute joke.
