GO trimmed that tree, another grand oak, and a large oak, removed several large diseased trees and ground the stumps, and removed dead limbs on adjacent trees. Over time, the service became very minimal. Areas of the yard were left uncut, bushes were not properly maintained, edging was not being done, and there was very little weed eating under the backyard fence line. This allowed the neighbor's grass to grow into my yard. During one of the final visits, several areas of grass were left over a foot tall, which made it look like parts of the yard had not been cut at all. When I emailed Pedro to cancel and explained the issues, he did not ask any questions, offer to come inspect the yard, apologize, or try to make it right. He simply acknowledged the cancellation. He later billed me for May, which was the same month I cancelled due to the poor service and the yard not being properly maintained. When I questioned the invoice, he insisted that the balance was still owed and stated that they provide "high quality work." In my experience, that was not the case. The work performed on my property felt rushed and incomplete, and the response after I raised my concerns was disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on the quality of service I received and the lack of accountability when problems were brought to their attention.

They did the work without letting me know they were coming. If they did I would have seen what they were doing. The tree pruning was very poor. It is barely noticeable. I am paying the tree pruning since I was out of town and cannot prove what they did or didn't do other than the trees seem full. They removed the stumps except for 1 and they destroyed my irrigation system. I called and they were supposed to call me back with information. They disappeared. They sent me emails and letters for the payment (including the stump not removed) so I called them again. The person whom I spoke with was no longer with the company and they told me that they would call me back. But they didn't. I kept calling and finally there was a follow up. They asked me the pictures for the tree and I sent them. No response to that twice. They then sent me their disclaimer for the irrigation and I had to send them pictures that the irrigation was visible so not covered by their disclaimer. They keep harassing me with requests of payment regardless of our phone conversation, proof of damage and emails. There is an obvious disconnect within the company and the customer is trapped in this net.
