For a long weekend in a full house, that was not the best start to the weekend. We called Air Conditioning Key Largo and they sent someone over in under an hour. The tech was super friendly and quickly fixed our capacitor and in a few hours the house was nice and cool. Service was friendly, quick, and professional. Would reccomend them in a pinch for help with your AC needs!

Rob overcharged me heavily with no clear estimates. This aligns with common scamming tactics: "sticker shock for basic services" grossly overpriced vs reasonable maintenance Beware, this company scams you out of your money ... they will scam you out of your money and overcharge you." The work was done poorly--ducts damaged and leaking, overpriced parts/labor, and absolutely no accountability afterward. I strongly caution others: get at least three quotes, insist on clear, itemized estimates, and verify credentials. This experience has been a headache and a lesson learned.

We called around and BC Enterprises (also known as Plumbers in Paradise) were the only ones that said they would come out immediately. 30 minutes later they had 2 guys at our house who took about an hour to analyze our problem. We had 2 pipes - one under our driveway and one in the back that probably had been leaking for some time and finally just gave way. They said they could dig up the paved drive and crack the concrete in the back OR they could easily run new pipes along side our house which would be easier and cheaper. I was blown away that they gave us a cheaper option! Awesome. We had them run the new pipe and the county inspectors said they did an EXCELLENT Job. Best Plumbers EVER! Love these guys!

I asked them to quote another job that would be 4 times as large but they must not have wanted the work. They left me hanging. No response. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM for that reason. Dave Miller stopped what he was doing and responded immediately. He had to hop a fence (with our permission of course) and identified the problem and helped us to coordinate with the electrician.
