I had followed Regina years before our engagement, because I admired her work. So when the time came, she was at the top of our list and one of the first people we contacted. As soon as I met Regina in person at our first meeting, I knew I was going to hire her. Not only was she the sweetest person ever, and we connected on so many levels. But she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about so many other vendors. She had photographed at our venue before, and actually showed us a set-up a previous couple had used in our space, which we ended up using as well. This helped so much because we weren't sure how to set it up previously. The vendor recommendations on her website were also insanely helpful. We booked our Event Coordinators and Hair & Make-up artists (both of which were awesome) because of those recommendations. We live in Washington, but our wedding was in Tampa Bay. We were lucky enough to have Regina come out to Washington to shoot our engagement photos. They came out INCREDIBLE! As photographers we're not used to being in front of the camera, and were a little nervous, but she made the shoot so much fun and effortless. She was amazing on our wedding day as well, helping us pick our locations for photos, and making the whole day stress free. She fit right in with our friends and family, and it felt like we had another friend with us all day. Most of my bridal party said they want to be BFFs with her in real life (us included.) I recently had a series of studio photographs taken by Stephanie Abeles Portraits in Tampa,…read moreFlorida. It was my first time experiencing a full studio photo shoot. This included makeup and a combination of my outfits and a selection of Stephanie's unique clothing. The studio is bright, airy and comfortable. Stephanie took me through the paces of poses; some classic, some serious, some playful and some sentimental. I usually do not like to have my picture taken; but was encouraged to do so by my daughter. Stephanie, Candace (makeup/hair) and Doug (assisting) made me feel very special throughout the whhole experience. They spoke with me prior to during and after the photo shoot. The resulting twenty selected photos brought tears to my eyes as well as my daughter's eyes. My husband just kept smiling from ear to ear! I had never seen myself in such a way that portrayed my inner and outer beauty. The whole experience changed me. While doing my search, I found that her pricing was a tad bit higher than the other photographers, but her reviews were much better so we went with her and we were not disappointed. She was definitely worth every single penny. During our maternity shoot, she made me feel extremely comfortable. I normally don't like my picture taken, and I thought the whole thing would be super awkward but Tiffany made it an easy and fun experience. During our newborn shoot, our daughter was just over a week old. My boyfriend kept calling Tiffany the baby whisperer because every time our daughter started to get fussy, Tiffany was able to calm her down instantly. She had great photo ideas and lots of props to choose from. She also had a nice seating area for us to sit in and watch the session with snacks and drinks. It was definitely a great atmosphere. Tiffany was very friendly, and professional. I would definitely use her again in the future, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a maternity/newborn photographer.
