After 30 minutes I started to wonder if they even knew I was there. Long story short, after waiting for 50 minutes I decided to leave. They haven't even called me. My policy was not renewed - why?? Discussions with a new agent, mine had left, were worthless; no answers, no suggestions, no help and never a return call or message - even with a couple of contacts on my part to Trisha Crafts, the new agent.
