Been here 3 years now snd I couldn't be happier that I made this choice when I downsized from west Littleton. I feel safe snd I have lovely neighbors in my six-story building. The HOA is well-run by capable, community-elected volunteers and the complicated huge property is managed very professionally by teams who care about their work. The clubhouse facility is wonderful - both pools, gym, and pleasing, low-key Rendezvous restaurant. Pretty Heather Gardens is alive and well in 2026! read more

This is a terrible place to live. I have been threatened and harassed since I have been here. Security does not care unless they want to. I made several complaints of threats and harassment and every time they refuse to address the issue. I can't even walk out of my place without being harassed. Security is still harassing me over smoking. I have been smoking outside as I was given permission to. I am not the only smoker that lives here. I never thought that when I moved here that I would be verbally attacked threatening letters under my door. This may be a senior community but they do not treat it that way. They do not help if needed. The last straw was our snowstorm. They completely blocked my car in from the plows. I begged for help and it was refused. I had to shovel my car out which I am not supposed to do per my 5 specialist. I am done with this. Maybe everybody else enjoys living like this but I don't. We hosted my mom's 80th birthday party at Rendezvous restaurant in the Heather Gardens community center. We had about 35 guests and selected the Italian luncheon menu, which included pasta, grilled chicken, Italian veggies, bread, salad and cookies. I coordinated the entire party from California and I was thoroughly impressed with the catering manager, Courtney Haynes. She handled everything beautifully and helped me modify the menu to also accommodate a vegan option. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the food was FANTASTIC! Pasta was cooked perfectly, red sauce was homemade and the veggies were outstanding! Hats off to the chef, Cormac Ronan! I can't recommend Rendezvous enough - please stop by for a meal or consider them for an event. You won't regret it! read more
