That early interaction was representative of the communication and patience Ben showed throughout the process. We were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted on the only house we looked at. Despite how quickly we found the right place, Ben was right there to help us through the offer process, inspection, finding a plumber to check on an issue discovered during inspection, all the way through close. And he recommended we meet with several other realtors to make sure we were working with someone who was a good fit for us! How many people recommend you meet with their competitors?? Any time, day or night, weekday or weekend, even over a holiday weekend, Ben was always available to show us houses he had found or we had found. When the time came to put in some offers, he walked us through step-by-step and helped us along. He even came to our closing paperwork fiesta and explained each document to us. And he told us, now that we're in the house, to feel free to keep asking questions (anything weird with the house, contractors, etc), even though he knew that was a big risk with how many constant questions we would text him during the buying process (which he always replied to very quickly and in a friendly and knowledgeable way)! We really appreciated Ben's help and if we ever need a realtor in the future, Ben will be the guy. Easily the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable realtor we've ever dealt with, and we definitely couldn't have bought our first house without him! Update: It's now been two years since we purchased the house, and Ben is still a part of our lives. If we need recommendations for contractors or anything, he's there.
