My house was in TX, but I live in CA. I thought it would be a challenge to deal with the house remotely, but she took care of all the arrangements, including the final walkthrough with my tenants, repairs and renovations. I watched the market for several months prior to listing my house. Interest rates were high, demand was low, and houses in my neighborhood were sitting on the market for weeks and months. But Reinae is an expert in her field, and knew what to do to get the house ready for sale. With her guidance, I decided to make some repairs and update the floors and paint. My house was listed on a Thursday and I accepted an offer (for the listing price) 3 days later. We closed less than a month later. I hooked him up with Sondra, and boy, I did not make it an easy sale for her.
