I normally am not a person who would write a bad review on anything, but this establishment really persuaded me in doing so. I dropped a coat and a pair of Jeans to be tailored a month and a half prior to needing them for a wedding where the day I dropped off I paid up front. 5 days before the wedding they called to inform me they had not started on any of it and that she had mistakenly quoted me the wrong price. That being said she was trying to charge $160 dollars on top of the $160 I had paid already. In that situation when you're 5days away from wedding day you have no other options. I went in for my prom dress to get fixed up, and they said they could do it and when I asked about it they said they've never done something like this and that's why it turned out bad.... so tell me to go something else. extremely unprofessional. i gave them my bra for sizing details for the dress and asked that it not be used in the dress and they CUT IT UP. I am very disappointed and never got the money back for the victorious secret bra. Heather was very rude herself and complained that she hates working with teenage girls, she said I had an attitude when I said that my bra was cut up!! read more

Had a zipper replaced. Also had some pants taken in. Both times they were done with the items in the promised time.

Absolutely terrible experience. Brought something in, didn't hear back. Called and Heather the owner blamed her employee. Then said it would be more to fix my item (which I prepaid for) and then hung up on me while I was still talking to her and asking a question. Obviously she didn't do any work, but just terrible terrible customer service. Go anywhere else. read more
