They had a loaner car which was nice…read more I got charged $70 for a restocking fee because the part I apparently ordered was not used in the fix. That was frustrating to me and seemed like it should not have fallen onto the customer as the part can be used in another vehicle. The computer systems need a lot of work. Parts and service are not connected. I needed to give my info twice to two desks ten feet apart. This Ciocca has nothing to do with the Ciocca in Allentown. They don't share info, deals, resources, etc. I had to personally call to get my vehicle service history and other info from the Allentown Ciocca. There were a few phone calls made and difficulty remembering that I reserved the loaner vehicle. To recap. Customer service reps were nice and helpful. Mechanics are knowledgeable. The computer system needs work and junk fees need restructured. The customer feels nicked and dimed. Also the car wash receipt is for a car wash you have to go through yourself. Not clear in wording on receipt. Car is not run through wash ahead of time.

. Didnt recieve $2,500 over KBB VALUE on trade in …read more Another dealership I visited prior to Ciocca said that KBB value on my car was around 1,200- 2,000 for Good condition. However Ciocca checked the Blue Book value for me under " Excellent" condition and said the value was 285-$500. Also the salesperson never mentioned the 2,500 over blue book promotion that was only running for three more days and listed on their website . I have a text from them from the day before saying they wanted my car for trade in . I drove over an hour and did not get the trade-in value . I had planned to buy something in the 18,000 to 24,000 range and pay outright with minimum financing but I didn't do so because I wasn't given the trade-in value that they advertised .
