How disappointed we were. My father-in-law engaged in an agreement back in June of 2020 and here we are in October of 2020 and the service was never supplied. My father-in-law was told several times that there was an "emergency" that he had to take care of and that "weather permitting" that the job could be competed in a few weeks. I finally called to see what could be done. Well, I guess, as the owner recently told me, that there have been a lot of trees on houses in the last 5 months that demanded his attention. In a curt response (during my second call) he shared that if I was unwilling to wait that we could find someone else. My father-in-law (87 years old) has a dangerous tree that must be removed and kept believing his word. Heaven Sent Tree Service said in clear words that unless the tree was "on the house" he could not get to it yet. We are unwilling to wait. So, we will indeed need to find someone else. This is just a heads up for whomever. Sad. read more

we had a few different estimates before it was decided to go with Heaven Sent. He came in with the best offer and even trimmed a few extra trees he noticed around our property. I had 2 major trees that needed to come down. One in my front yard right in front of my house. The roots were lifting the walkway causing a trip hazard and a great BIG oak that the previous owners built a deck around. It was getting older and he noticed the tree had stress cracks. He started the job a week early and it was complete in 2 days. One service wanted to bust my deck and tear my fence down just to get to the tree in our back yard but James was respectful of our property. kept the fence in tack (he had a crane that was able to go over the house) and cut the tree to where he didn't have to bust our deck. We have to replace it in the future but don't have the funds for it now so he considered our request and cut it where we can get it down later. The crew was respectful of our property and did an excellent job in cleaning up when they were finished. HIGHLY recommend Heaven Sent for your tree removal needs. read more

Very friendly and didn't jerk me around for months like other "businesses" that did nothing. Got my stump removed within an hour

I am very disappointed with James. He came out in May 2020 and gave us a quote and was supposed to come back and do the work in the next couple of weeks. I called him numerous times which he said there were homes with trees on them that were much more important due to the storms that came through. I agreed and asked him to contact me as soon as he was finished with those. To no surprise he never called me back. By now it is October and he still has not contacted us. So, I let it ride and had my husband call him in June 2021 and he said he remembered us and would come by and cut the limbs when all the rain let up and he completed a job down the road from us. I called him in July and asked had he completed the job down the road because I pass by there everyday and just wanted to see what his answer would be and also asked him if he would have the decency to give me a courtesy call when he was finished with that job and headed our way. He reassured me that he would. Well here it is August 31 and still no phone call from James. I DO NOT recommend this tree service. M.H. read more

Great experience! They did a great job cutting down my tree and cleaning up afterwards and we're much more reasonable than other estimates I received. The owner was super great and patient with a difficult situation we had. I highly recommend them. read more
