I've been here three times now and each time they have been helpful and honest. The first time was simply to get air in my tires - which they did at no charge and quickly stopped what they were doing to help. Even tho they could not perform our oil change on a second visit - we have a crazy Benz which required non standard tools- Fred was super helpful and provided us a business card with the name and address of an import car mechanic that he's been recommending to customers for years. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. The lady who works the counter was quick to ask one of the mechanics to come look at our car each time and equally helpful when we paid for our fuel. They remember their returning customers which says a lot in this busy world! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is simply that they couldn't do the oil change work, but I won't stop coming here! Highly recommend this Shell station!

She wears dreads or dreadlocks. .She must work the night shift because both of my 2 encounters were after 6:30 pm. Both times in a Tone of Hate, she says that she doesn't have time for my 2 transactions. With my own eyes she treated the 2 customers in front of me with much hatred and ugly bad attitude. She must have a terrible home life or just plain hates Hispanics and white folks. Now I drive to the Porter Texas location, yes 16 miles north to have a pleasant sales experience and great attitudes up there. They make me feel like they want and appreciate my business. This woman at 6610 FM1960 east needs to go. How many other people does she treat with hatred and ugly attitude.

At the same time, the convenience store is expensive, so it's not the best place in the world to grab stuff, but it's usually a little cheaper than the other gas stations around here.
