Required a 500 dollar deposit and put a temporary patch on the roof. Took all of 5 minutes. Told me to call them back when the insurance company had come out. I did. The insurance adjuster said the roof didn't need replacing only one area needed patching. 700 dollars was what they quoted. I contacted the company. No word. I texted. They said they would get back with me. Another month went by. Again contacted the company. Crickets. Texted. They said they would get back to me. I had a signed contract. 5 months of waiting. I finally sent them a letter asking them to release me from contract. Or I would be turning it over to my attorney. Hateful letter back. I again asked them to refund my deposit and provide me with an itemized statement for labor and temporary patch. Again nothing. I finally had my attorney send them a letter. I got back a receipt that did paid in full. Now 6 months later I was looking for a company to fix my roof. Most of them I never heard back from. Some of them said I needed a new roof. Only one actually listened and heard what I needed. That Was LA roofers. Man came out. Seen that the adjuster was correct. Quoted me a price and a week later I had the roof fixed. This was my first hurricane. My first dealings with roofing companies. The first one had come highly recommended. The second one I found on my own. I know who to contact next time I need roofing repair. And it will definitely be LA Roofers.

John was respectful, honest, professional and fair in his pricing. John knew what he was talking about; compared to others we met, and even suggested options that saved us money. John and his team came in and got right to work. He took extra care and time to ensure that the grout work was correct in color, which looked great and made it very difficult to ID the old from the new. All jobs were completed to our satisfaction and looked/functioned great. Only reason for the 4-Stars is due to leaving a little bit of a mess from the frosted window replacement and regrouting. Just a little more clean up was needed. If not for that it would have been 5-stars. Based on our overall experience, we would recommend John. We plan to do additional work with him in the near future.

Homeowner's insurance company decided to inform us at the near last minute that they wanted our panels changed, despite knowing about the panels when we bought the home almost a year ago now. We had 2 indoor electrical panels, one that, thanks to Keith, we discovered was actually not up to code for another reason we didn't know, which was because of it's placement. Found these folks on Angie's list. Submitted a request for a call through there around 6 pm - 7 pm time frame. Keith called us within 30 minutes of that request. He was very understanding and came out within 2 days of that call. When Keith and another gentlemen (I regret not getting his name), came out for the quote, he was super polite. He knew exactly what we needed and told us exactly what he was going to do. Within a week later, they were at our home replacing the panels as well as bringing the panel that was placed in a bad spot. They also discovered some additional wiring that needed to be changed out and immediately informed us, as well as an estimate on the cost of it. The entire time they worked on our home, they wore PPE, and minimized the mess that was made. The sheetrock that was cut was placed back appropriately. No holes left or major gaps were left afterwards. All small bits of trash was thrown in the garbage. Not a single bit of junk left in the house or in the yard on the side of the house. Doors were kept closed as much as possible. (We have pets and we tried to cool down the house as low as possible prior to them arriving.) Once the project as done, he took pictures for us to send to our insurance company, as well as an email with other information. This whole project was on a tight budget due to it being last minute, but it was absolutely worth every penny just alone by the fact of how Keith and his coworker treated us and our home. Two other electricians quoted us nearly double what these guys quoted us. While they were nice, they didn't seem to notice some of the other code violations, nor did they seem to fully understand what the insurance company was asking for. If we need electrical work in the future, we will absolutely be giving these guys a call again.

He was on his way home from the end of his work day, but cheerfully agreed to drive over to check out our problem. He arrived within 15 minutes! He diagnosed the problem and explained to us what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. He gave us an estimate. We requested him to fix the problem that evening if possible as we had no electrical power to the house. He agreed, went to procure the repair parts and materials he needed, and returned within the hour with a helper so that he could accomplish the task faster for us. He worked until after dark to fix the problem, resulting in us having electricity restored to our home! Keith was friendly, professional, organized, and neat. I think the price for the repair was fair ($1,100) as it was done on a same day emergency basis. We very much appreciated Keith accommodating us so that we did not have to go through a night without power and A/C. I would highly recommend Keith and will certainly use his services again in the future when the need arises.

Their team performed admirably and we couldn't be happier with the results. Communication was easy, even though I was in Virginia coordinating this for a house in Louisiana. You can see from the before and after pictures how well the exterior painting job turned out. They cleaned the bricks and made repairs of rotten fascia. The job-site was kept clean, neat, and safe during the project. Minor errors were made right immediately with no argument from the team. After everything we went through due to Hurricane Ida damage (2 years of travails!), this was the final project and we are so gratified that we were able to find Quillen Construction to finish the job. It was certainly the smoothest project of the whole ordeal. Shout out to Davis for being so available and helpful during the process!

They could of just covered the damage up, but they brought it to our attention. Because of their work ethics we want them to repair the damage from the other company. The guys were professional, pleasant, and down to earth. I understand that they are doing this to earn money, but they never gave me the impression that all they cared about was the money. This was so refreshing and appreciated. Going forward any jobs that we have I will call them to see if they can help us. I would recommend them to anyone.
