Was with Sam Hebert​ Financial Group for many years, my portfolio did not grow much over those 10 years. When I called and ask him to liquidate my funds to transfer to another firm. He had a portion of my funds invested in NY Life's mutual funds which were locked and could not be transferred. I called several times to have those funds liquidated, he would not take my calls and after a month his firm would not answer my calls. I eventually got in contact with Eagle Stratigies and was able to liquidate my funds. The mutual funds that he had me in were funds used to make him and his company money.
