We used Heberts lawncare for Lawn mowing & mulching, multiple years. Now, the Son took over and this year, he came, lawn all wet, (more on that below), mowed anyway with heavy machine leaving Mud Ruts, Just to get Paid! We paid. Worse is ..we Asked for BLACK Mulch, which we also had them do last year and what we got was Brown Dirt. I have pix, lousy mulch and totally NOT black. Charged US $550.00 for this lousy mulch, not even as requested! We saw only 2 workers, he claimed 3. Regardless...wrong color and cheap horrible excuse for MULCH. Last year we paid them $3800! To fill in wet areas of lawn, they spread most of the dirt on areas NOT needing buildup thus Lawn remains Wet, not fixed. So...I called, I requested. Callback= Nothing, Requested at least a partial refund of the $550 so we could get the BLACK mulch we asked for=not even the decency of a callback. Contacted them thru Angi and while they weren't exactly what I needed they pointed me in the right direction and gave me a recommendation on the appropriate vendor for what I was looking for.
