I did go back a few weeks ago, dealt with the owner and got great service, in and out no drama. I then told two of my customers to run over for some lettering, both came back and told me they were A-holes over there. Today I go back in to get a few numbers, owner takes my order all is well. Then this other lady with the foul attitude has taken over again. Walked over got treated like crap. Won't ever go back. You have to ask yourself if you want to do business with a business that cant even be cordial to their neighbors.

Since this QP is less than ten minutes from my house and on the way to everywhere I go, it's the perfect fit for me. It's a little hard to get to if you're headed eastbound on Expressway but if you need a sandwich or a coffee or appliances while you're picking up your printing, you're in luck. They'll also deliver to a business so maybe you never even need to go in. I needed a handful of different types of printing (straight up copies, lamination, and large-format foam core) with a day or so turn around. They took great care of me, called to ask questions, and truly seemed to care that they got it right for me. Alina was friendly and on-point with her customer service game. The printing was perfectly done, on time, and reasonably priced. They've got a new customer as far as I'm concerned and I'm looking forward to never having to go to FedEx ever again, unless I'm just feeling like I need a good cry.
