I called and asked them to provide a payment center closer to my area. Nothing available for customer convenience. We have medical waivers that utilities are not to be shut off for any reason. My bill wasn't even a full 30 days behind, last check cleared end of September for $150.00 because we had a water leak and had to pay for repairs and services even tho we were not alerted to leak and we have been in and out of hospitals and back and forth the Cleveland clinic for life saving efforts and this operator that took my call wouldn't even listen to me. I had to have my water service and when she wouldn't let me explain why we couldn't have this, they charged me $120.00 reconnect fee! Then it took them over 2 hours to turn my service on. No notice left, checked my mail, no notice. I was told that was not required by law they just left those as a courtesy. It's sad that I just moved to this location after my fathers death and now I have to deal with such an unprofessional company that has the monopoly in the area. We have no other choices and my dads account was never late and we got treated like trash! When I asked them to rush restoring service, the woman hung up on me. Worst utility company I've ever dealt with before. I've lived in multiple states and this is by far the worst.
