Ich war also "Heimatlos" geworden und es stand eine Neuanschaffung im Raum. Aufgrund mehrerer Empfehlungen und gelegentlichen früheren vagen Kontakten entschied ich mich dafür es zu versuchen im HiFi Concept einen für mich passenden neuen Händler zu finden. Ich kann wirklich nur Bestes sagen. Ich bin schon - was das Hobby High End betrifft - nun nicht nur aufgrund meines Alters ein alter Hase, sondern kenne auch viele Leute (Händler, Vertriebe, Berater) und erlaube mir deshalb mein Urteil hier abzugeben. Ich hatte während meiner Beratungsgespräche und der Angebotserstellung mit dem Geschäftsinhaber und drei Mitarbeitern Kontakt und ich fühlte mich von jedem sehr ernst genommen, kompetent beraten und fair behandelt. Sogenannte "HiFi-Sektierer", die ich in der langen Zeit leider auch kennen lernen musste, sind mir hier (sehr wohltuend) nicht begegnet. Vielmehr wurde ich sehr ergebnisoffen und ausführlich beraten. Letztendlich kamen wir dann zu einem für mich sehr zufriedenstellenden und preislich sehr guten Geschäftsabschluss, der auch die Inzahlungnahme meiner bisherigen Lautsprecher - ebenfalls zu sehr guten Konditionen - enthielt. Die Lieferung lief dann nach Plan und heute erfreue ich mich an diesem Neukauf. Bei einem bin ich mir sicher: Ich hatte das Glück auf Anhieb eine neue "High-End-Heimat" zu finden, die mich absolut überzeugt. Dies war ganz bestimmt nicht mein letzter Einkauf bei Hifi Concept!!!
