They offer a lot more than just a surf type store, but if you're looking for that they have that too. I think the prices are pretty reasonable. I interacted with one staff member that was friendly, the rest of the staff ignored/walked right by me to stand elsewhere. This location is surely a place that'll get you great spring/summer gear. They did have a couple jackets and vests but for the most part, it feels like summer in this location. I was impressed by the atmosphere. It truly felt diffrent than any store I've been into. Anyway, PacSun apparently have their cargo pants sized S, M, L, Etc... So, at 6:25 he asked for someone to unlock their dressing room to try ONE pair on so he could determine sizing. There is 35 minutes left until closing at this point. We would have understood if there was 15-20 minutes. But, 35 minutes and ONE pair of shorts to determine what size. Now my husband is typically medium stature, however, it seemed that the pants, in his opinion ran larger. So, he wanted to grab a size small to double check. The sales person told him it was store policy to close the dressing rooms early and told my husband to purchase the size he believes he would best fit, bring them home, try them on at home (we live almost 350 miles away), and return them tomorrow. So, PacSun, you can thank the employee who was working Sunday, 23 July 2023 for losing a sale by not allowing him to try on ONE pair of shorts to double check sizing 35 minutes before closing... Because when my husband likes something, he typically purchases one of each color to have multiple options. He also had several shirts picked out as well. But, no sale thanks to your rude employee who did not feel like doing his job.

My girlfriend dragged me in here about a week ago to do some shopping while we were exploring the…read moremall and checking out places we never heard of. The store is mostly full of women's clothing. The prices are kind of pricey even if there is a decent sale going on. The employees and the manager that's involved are very active in helping their customers out was great to see. This place features a couple of changing rooms. It's got this overstuffed chair that you'll end up sinking into while waiting. Clothes are kind of all over the place especially on the floor but then again, there's alot of people coming in and out.
