First off. Thank you Zabriski. In regards to the potential customer reading this review you need to…read moreunderstand what I mean by saying thank you. Have you ever felt stuck and wanted someone to take the necessary time to help you solve problems you might have as an individual?! To have a company serve you as a person, father, American or someone just wanting a second chance not a number or possible $$ sign? Zabriski will treat you as such! Call and talk to Trevor! What I have expressed above is nothing without artifacts so here is some from my own personal experience. All though it has been a bumpy road. I believe Zabriski law firm does understand why their business exists. They understand it's not to take money and step in front of the judge and spit some law Hoopla none of us clients really truly understand. They helped me understand what I was sacking my head in agreement to. They understand they can make a difference and help people be represented fairly and honestly. There is a trust set by the individual that the attorney at Zabriski will care enough about to do business fairly and honestly. And they did that for me. I won't go into to much detail, but Zabriski met with me and spent time listening to me and understanding my current circumstances so much that they worked with me on the business end of things $$. They were able to get a very serious DV charge removed with only one requirement. That requirement was to be evaluated by the VA. My case was around 4-5 years ago. Why am I just barely posting? Well hence the bumpy road part, but what matters is Zabriski in the end practiced great business ethics and serving me as an individual. You might ask yourself this review isn't true or made up to make the firm look good. Contact me if you truly don't believe me and I'll talk with you. I would work with Zabriski in the future, BUT hope to never have to require there professionalism again. Solely because I hope to never have to use there area of expertise in the future! Haha. Thanks again Trevor and the Zabriski Law Firm.

Then they never took a phone call, and they ignored messages, they weren't available for appointments. They were absolutely the worst worst worst ever. it breaks my heart. What a horrible job they did and the damage that was done by retaining this firm and the incompetent fools behind it. A public defender is much better than these people who don't care about you and will not treat you good

I don't write reviews lightly, but my experience with Fillmore Spencer was deeply disappointing…read more My wife and I cared for my grandfather in his home for over a decade. During a critical court case involving his situation, the firm failed to appear at the scheduled hearing. I had to call the attorney myself to ask where they were. When they finally arrived, they were completely unprepared. As a result of how the case was handled, my grandfather was ultimately forced to leave his home and move into a retirement facility, where he later passed away. Although Randy later took over the matter and refunded our payment, the damage had already been done. I also retained the firm for a separate criminal matter. I was advised to plead no contest and was told that after five years the record could simply be expunged. When the time came to pursue expungement, I was told they would contact the city prosecutor. Months passed with no updates. My emails went unanswered, and my calls were not returned. Eventually, the attorney handling my case left the firm and apparently did not transfer any meaningful information. Afterward, I was charged again to continue the expungement process, only to be told a week later that there was nothing they could do. No meaningful follow-up was made, and even a simple call to the prosecutor's office was declined. While they offered to refund the second charge, that does not compensate for the wasted time, lack of communication, or the consequences of the legal advice I was given regarding the plea. In both matters, I experienced poor communication, lack of preparation, and a failure to follow through. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

He was very responsive, asked the right questions, and kept things moving. He sent a strong letter to the insurer with citations to Utah law and made it clear he was prepared to file a complaint. Almost immediately after that, the insurance company changed their position and covered us. Randy was efficient and mindful about keeping his billable hours down, and he genuinely focused on making sure we were treated fairly. I'm very grateful for his help and would recommend him without hesitation.

An honest review on David Lambert and the law firm:…read more I have had a case with Dave for about two years now. No other lawyer in the state of Utah would take it. My mother, before she passed, was desperate when she asked me to ensure that my siblings and I would get her insurance money after she passed. After these two years, Dave finally came through and we were able to come to a settlement with the insurance company. I have never felt more blessed in my life than I did in that moment, and I know my mother will be watching out for him because of this. Even with my father, who has been harassing them (trying to steal money from this insurance when they weren't married), he has stuck by my side and has continued to offer me help even after the court case has been closed. He is fair with the expenses and a very genuine person. He shared background of himself that truly resonated with me, and I know he cares about his clients. I am writing this because I believe my father has written a poor review of him because of this situation, and is not deserved. If you are looking for any lawyer, it's Mr. Lambert. I would personally pay my friends to have him as their attorney. Thank you Dave for all you have done. You have truly made an impact on my family. We will be forever grateful to you. (Maybe not my dad lol. That's what happens when a father tries to steal money from his children)

I did not know this until I received a bill for services in the mail of which I made an inquiry about. When I asked a question about the bill the lady on the phone advised me the counselor assigned to my case had left the firm. This was a few days before my case was to be heard. Attempting to get ahold of the newly assigned counselor was simply a text message telling me everything was going to be "OK"? I had left a message for a return call as well as I texting back the new counselor. Case was simple enough but the retainer was eaten up in unnecessary calls I had to make. The previous counselor (resigned) had told me a plea would be prearranged but it apparently was not discussed until the day of my trial. My retainer? I actually owe them money which is insulting to say the least. The counselor who originally did my case charged for services which were moot and had to be redone. But of course I had to pay for it.
