Maybe the crowd fluctuates and changes based on the time of day. I was there in the afternoon on a brisk fall day, so coffee was in order. However, if it were later in the evening a cocktail might have been more apropos. They do have an English menu if you ask for it, and the employees all speak enough English to make a limited English speaking person's experience nice. So, stop on by if you're in the neighborhood.
