I made an appointment to take my truck in for repairs, and a member of the Progressive staff came to meet me outside, knew who I was when I pulled up, and made sure my wife had a refill on her coffee. We quickly talked through the repairs needed, and they provided a rental car to use at no cost while the repairs were being made. They called on Friday saying the truck was ready, and since I wasn't able to pick it up that afternoon, they covered the rental until the following Monday morning. A+ service made an inconvenient experience the best it could be.

Lots of closing companies out there, try a different one. I haven't had these problems before with any other title companies, and I've worked with Lots. Investors title could have called and told me so I didn't have to drive 45 minutes up here now have to drive 45 minutes home and back up here again. BS. Why didn't they push closing? This is day one stuff for a closing company. I always use Voyager title and love their service but the buyer picked this spot, will never agree to use investors title again.
