You can get all regional specialities as well as schnitzel or (during the spring months) asparagus (the white one, German style). The service quality is outstanding (it is not always like this here in Germany): We walked in after a long hiking tour, and it was already 2:35pm, 5 minutes before they are having their break between lunch and dinner - and yet they offered us a table and worked some overtime, retaining true friendliness. And the waiter was not only very friendly and fast, he even wore white gloves when he served our dishes. This combination of tradition and high standards is really amazing. You get real value for your money in this restaurant.
