I was here for a piercing, and to replace jewelry for a rook piercing. My piercing went smoothly (an upper lobe piercing). However I can say my jewelry replacement for my rook could have gone better. While in the process of replacing the jewelry, the piercer was shakey, rough, and slow. At the end, she THEN asked me when I originally got the piercing (which I think should have been asked when I first walked in requesting the service.) I said 5 months and she told me it is probably not healed yet. Less than a week later, (after proper care), the rook earring was in such terrible pain, swollen, was oozing, and red. I had to go to a different piercer to remove it. Honestly I would not recommend this place for piercings other than a simple lobe. The piercer is not quick and does not make the process comfortable for the customer. I have gone to so many high end piercing locations throughout the tri state area and this was just not a place I would go to again. read more

Sam was great to work with on design and made the entire process go very smoothly. He was patient and chill and we had a great afternoon hanging out while each of us were in his chair. Review is for piercing because I have not been here for a tattoo but I have noticed the shop is VERY clean and the staff totally friendly. I got my nose pierced in May and loved the experience. I have had a few piercings over the years and Tiffany was def the most skilled, quickest, most thorough body piercer I have been to. I got my first tattoo here a couple months ago. The tattoo I wanted was really small and simple. I forgot who did my tattoo but he completed fucked it up. He didn't consult with me and he made me feel rushed and he almost made it seem like I was bothering him/pissing him off for telling him what kind of tattoo I wanted. The tattoo was just absolutely awful and uneven. I left and I started crying because of how awful it was. My friend eventually brought me back to the tattoo parlor an hour later because he thought it was unacceptable. The guy who initially did my tattoo wasn't there anymore and some other guy, who was really nice and chill, attempted to fix it. He also gave me a free t-shirt because he probably felt bad. Also, the guy who first did my tattoo literally ripped me off. He made me pay $60 for a tattoo that was literally two small dots. I had a friend that had gotten a tattoo at this same place. He got a really big tattoo on his collar bone and he also paid $60. Overall, I just had a really really bad experience here and I suggest everyone to get a tattoo at a better place with real artists. read more

I just got my very first tattoo here with Sam. In all, it was a very good experience. He made sure that he sketched out my tattoo exactly as I wanted it, let me show him where I wanted to put it, and made sure to clean everything before starting.
