My husband and myself had this photographer to do our wedding photographs. We took a long time…read morelooking for a photographer with our wedding being the most important day of our lives. We set ourselves a budget which allowed us to have Mr Green's gold package which was one of his best packages. We went to meet with Mr Green at his home. He showed us examples of his work which we were very impressed with. He showed us a lovely album which our photographs would be presented in. We liked what we saw so we went ahead and booked Mr Green to do our wedding photography. Mr Green insisted on taking a photograph of my partner and myself in his garden in a romantic pose. He told us that we would receive a copy of the photograph. Moving forward to our wedding day. Mr Green was snappy with our wedding guests to the point where it became embarrassing. The poses that he arranged us in were not of good standard and he lost a memory stick with about 200 photographs on. When we were able to view the proofs of our photographs, we struggled to find the required amount that we actually liked. However, we managed to choose enough to fill the album. When we received our album, we were horrified. The album was a big heavy brown leather album which Mr Green actually ordered 2 years before our wedding date. The photographs were all in a plastic bag for us to mount into the album and they were not the photographs that we had chosen. To cut a long story short, we ended up taking Mr Green to court. We won our case and he was supposed to pay us our money back. He only paid £50 back and he refused to pay any more. Avoid this photographer at all costs. He will ruin your wedding day like he ruined ours!

The food was all freshly prepared at the venue and the waiter staff were well mannered and helpful. The only reason I did not go the full five stars is because I there were some guests that had to wait for starters and some only received a part of what was on the menu. This may have had more to do with the emergence of unexpected guests but I can only hope that Steve and the crew think about this possibility going forward. Would recommend them without a second thought.
